Terms of Service – BoostBuddy
Support & Customer Service
Support is provided through Discord and Support Tickets.
We aim to respond within 15 minutes–12 hours, occasionally up to 24 hours.
Delivery may be delayed due to technical issues or other circumstances.
Refunds & Replacements
Refunds or replacements are only provided for verified issues caused by BoostBuddy.
Refunds are not available for issues caused by your server, your actions, or failure to follow our instructions.
No returns or exchanges after successful delivery.
Approved refunds may be issued through LTC or another payment method.
Boosts Delivery
Before ordering, make sure the following settings are disabled:
Apply to Join
Server Onboarding
Anti-raid bots
Auto-kick / auto-ban systems
Security or verification systems that prevent accounts from joining or boosting
If these settings prevent our accounts from joining or boosting, the order may fail and no refund or replacement will be provided.
If boosts are removed due to actions by you, your admins, bots, anti-raid systems, auto-kick, or auto-ban settings, no refund or replacement will be provided.
Discord Promotions
We are not responsible for promotions that are expired, revoked, terminated, or made invalid by Discord.
This includes promotion links and boost gift links.
If Discord revokes a promotion after the applicable refund period, no refund or replacement will be provided.
Delivery Time
Orders are usually delivered within seconds after payment.
Delivery may occasionally take 24–48 hours due to technical issues, system problems, or high order volume.
Boost Usage
Boosts cannot be transferred, changed, or undone after delivery.
Always make sure you order for the correct server.
Account Removal
If you, your admins, or your bots kick, ban, or remove our delivery accounts:
No refund will be provided
No replacement will be provided
Nitro & Account Risks
If Discord revokes Nitro or terminates an account, We are ready to replace or give refund unlike other sellers.
Refund or replacement will be provided for actions even taken by Discord. As it’s out of our control but we still keep our customer.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Please contact us before opening a payment dispute.
Unauthorized chargebacks, payment reversals, or fraudulent disputes will result in:
Cancellation of your order or product
Automatic removal of delivered server boosts
Blacklisting of your Discord server, email address, payment method, and IP address
Please contact our support team before opening a payment dispute so we can help resolve the issue.
No Excuses
Not reading these Terms is not a valid reason for a refund or replacement.
It is your responsibility to understand the Terms before purchasing.
Limitation of Liability
BoostBuddy is not responsible for losses, damages, account restrictions, or disruptions caused by third-party platforms.
Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, except where a specific warranty is stated.
Third-Party Disclaimer
BoostBuddy is not affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by, or endorsed by Discord Inc.
Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing from BoostBuddy, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
